  • Delayed Streaming is a replay event of the live-streamed concert and is available only in HD Single-View.
  • The dates and times above are the same time in different time zones. Delayed Single-View Streaming plays only once per concert.
  • Purchasing a 2 DAY PASS enables you to watch the Delayed Streaming for both concerts.

Ticket Guide

  • HD Single-View includes only one main screen.
  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are only available for LE SSERAFIM GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB FEARNOT MEMBERSHIP (“Membership”) holders.
  • Your membership benefit is only valid if you are holding your membership at the time of your ticket purchase. Please check your Membership period to ensure that your experience is not negatively affected.
  • Only one type of pass is available for purchase per concert - either a 1 DAY PASS or a 2 DAY PASS.
  • A 2 DAY PASS gives you access to both the May 11 and 12 concerts.
  • Please check the cancellation/refund information and deadlines below carefully before making your purchase.
    • Cancellation or refund for the 2 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the May 11 concert (5 PM, May 11, 2024 (KST)); a partial refund for either day will not be available.
    • Cancellation or refund for the May 11 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the May 11 concert (5 PM, May 11, 2024 (KST)).
    • Cancellation or refund for the May 12 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the May 12 concert (4 PM, May 12, 2024 (KST)).

Ticket Verification

  • The concert can be viewed on an online stream viewing page after purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, logging into the viewing page with “the Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket,” and verifying your ticket.

  • If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse Shop via social media account, you must use the same social media account to log into the viewing page.
  • The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • Video Resolution: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
  • The button for entering the online live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the streaming.
  • Subtitles in English, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified) will be provided for the live streaming. In addition, machine translation will be provided for the following languages: 繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, and Wikang Tagalog.
  • Up to one device can be logged on simultaneously for Single-Views. When another device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.

Network Speed Internet connection with at least 20Mbps
  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • The video resolution option is not available on iOS and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience, as well as image and audio quality, may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
