  • Eligibility: All customers who purchase a TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL online live streaming ticket with “Delayed Single-View Streaming” included
  • The dates and time above are the same time in different time zones. Delayed Single-View Streaming plays only once per concert.
  • Purchasing an ALL DAY PASS enables you to watch the Delayed Streaming for all three concerts.

Ticket Guide

  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are only available for TXT GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB MOA MEMBERSHIP (“Membership”) holders.
    • Your membership benefit is only valid if you are holding your membership at the time of your ticket purchase. Please check your membership period to ensure that your experience is not negatively affected.
  • Only one type of pass is available for purchase per concert - either a 1 DAY PASS or An ALL DAY PASS.
  • An ALL DAY PASS gives you access to the November 1, 2, and 3 concerts.
  • Please check the cancellation/refund information and deadlines below carefully before making your purchase.
    • Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until one hour before the start of the concert. After this deadline, a refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.

Ticket Verification

  • The concert can be viewed on an online stream viewing page after purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, logging into the viewing page with the Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket, and verifying your ticket.

  • If you purchased a ticket after logging on to Weverse Shop via social media account you must use the same social media account to log in to the viewing page.
  • The organizers, the company, and ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • HD Multi-View
    • HD Multi-View includes one main screen and five individual cam screens, one for each member (six total views).
    • Up to two devices can be logged on simultaneously for HD Multi-View.
  • HD Single-View
    • HD Single-View includes one main screen.
    • Only one device can be logged on at a time for HD Single-View.
  • Video Resolution: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
  • Subtitles in English/日本語/简体中文 will be provided for the live streaming. In addition, machine translation will be provided for the following languages: 繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, and Wikang Tagalog.
  • Only one device can be logged on at a time for Single-View; up to two devices for Multi-View. When a third device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.
  • The “Enter” button for the live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the concert.

Speed Internet connection with at least 20Mbps
  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • Depending on your device, you can use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. by clicking the Cast button (“Cast to TV” or “AirPlay to TV”) on the viewing screen. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
