  • HD Multi-view includes one main screen and 5 individual member screens. (6 total screens)
  • HD Single-view includes one main screen.

    ※ Your membership benefit is only valid if you are holding your membership at the time of your ticket purchase. Please check your membership period to ensure that your experience is not negatively affected.

  • Only one type of pass is available for purchase per show day - either a 1 DAY PASS or a 2 DAY PASS.
  • A 2 DAY PASS gives you access to shows on both July 2 and 3.

  • “Delayed Single-view Streaming” is a replay event of the live-streamed performance.
  • Delayed streaming is offered in HD Single-view only.
  • The dates and time above are the same time in different time zones. Delayed single view streaming will be played only once per show.
  • Purchasing a 2 DAY PASS enables you to watch the delayed streaming for both shows.

Ticket Verification and Watching the Show

  • After purchasing your ticket on Weverse Shop, you can watch the event on a separate live streaming page by logging in with the “Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket” and verifying your ticket.
  • If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse Shop with a social media account, you must use the same social account to log into the viewing page.
  • Live subtitles in three languages (English/Japanese/Chinese) will be provided.
  • Up to one device can be logged on simultaneously for single views; up to two devices for multi-views. When one more device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.

  • We recommend using Edge, Safari, Samsung Browser, or Firefox for a stable viewing experience.
  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • You may use additional mobile data for watching the show in 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • Connection or play may not be stable on systems lower than iOS 13.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher.
  • Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user’s network/data environment and other external factors.

  • The concert run time and programs are subject to change due to on-site broadcast circumstances.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until one hour before the start of the concert. After this deadline, a refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.

    ※ July 2 Show 1 DAY PASS can be canceled or refunded until 1 hour before the start time.

    ※ July 3 Show 1 DAY PASS can be canceled or refunded until 1 hour before the start time.

    ※ If you purchase a 2 DAY PASS, cancellation and refund will be offered until 1 hour before the start of the show on July 2; a partial refund for either day will not be available.
