Online live streaming is a real-time broadcast event via internet streaming; exact start and end times may change depending on on-site circumstances.
This product does not include a VOD service.

Only one ticket type per date may be purchased; you may not purchase more than one ticket of the same day.
A 3 DAY PASS gives you access to all the concerts: February 14, 15, and 16.
A 2 DAY PASS gives you access to the two concerts you select and purchase.
The online live streaming starts when the concert begins. Once the performance has started, it will not be possible to rewind even if you purchased the ticket after the concert began.

Please check the cancellation/refund information and deadlines carefully before making your purchase.

Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until one hour before the start of the concert. After this deadline, a refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.

The concert can be viewed on an online live stream viewing page after purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, logging into the viewing page with the Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket, and verifying your ticket.

If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse Shop via a social media account, you must use the same account to log into the viewing page.
The organizers, the company, and ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

HD Single-View includes only one main screen, and only one device can be logged on at a time.

Real-time subtitles in English, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified) will be provided for the live streaming. Machine-translated subtitles will be provided in Chinese (Traditional), Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Tagalog.
Only one device can be logged on at a time for viewing. When another device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.
The “Enter” button for the live streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the concert.

Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher. Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G. Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability. Depending on your device, you can use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. by clicking the Cast button (“Cast to TV” or “AirPlay to TV”) on the viewing screen. Please refer to your device manual for more information. Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
