  • The dates and time above are the same time in different time zones. Delayed Single-View Streaming plays only once per concert.
  • Purchasing a 2 DAY PASS enables you to watch the delayed streaming for both concerts.

Ticket Guide

  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY product is only available for SEVENTEEN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB CARAT MEMBERSHIP (“MEMBERSHIP”) holders.
  • Your membership benefit is only valid if you hold your membership at the time of your ticket purchase. Please check your membership period to ensure that you are not adversely affected.
  • Only one type of pass is available for purchase per show day - either a 1 DAY PASS or a 2 DAY PASS.
  • A 2 DAY PASS gives you access to both the October 12 and 13 shows.
  • Please check the cancellation/refund information and deadlines carefully before making your purchase.
    • Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until one hour before the start of the show. After this deadline, a full or partial refund will not be available even if you do not watch the show.

Ticket Verification

  • The concert can be viewed on an online live stream viewing page after purchasing a ticket on Weverse Shop, logging into the viewing page with “the Weverse Shop account used for the purchase,” and verifying your ticket.

  • If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse Shop via a social media account, you must use the same social media account to log into the viewing page.
  • The organizers, the company and ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence to verify tickets . Please exercise special care in managing your information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the show, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • HD Multi-View
    • HD Multi-View includes one main screen and three concept screens (four screens in total).
    • Up to two devices can be logged on simultaneously for HD Multi-View.
  • HD Single-View
    • HD Single-View includes one main screen.
    • Only one device can be logged on at a time for HD Single-View.
  • Video Resolution: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
  • Subtitles in English, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified) will be provided for the live streaming. In addition, machine-translated subtitles will be provided in Traditional Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Tagalog.
  • Up to one device can be logged on simultaneously for single views; up to two devices for multi-views. When more devices log on than the number allowed, the first device will be logged out automatically.
  • The “Enter” button for the live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the concert.

  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • Depending on your device, you can use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. by clicking the Cast button (“Cast to TV” or “AirPlay to TV”) on the viewing screen. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
