  • Delayed Single-View Streaming is a replay event of the live-streamed show and is available only in HD Single-View.
  • Purchasing a 2 DAY PASS enables you to watch the Delayed Single-View Streaming for both shows.

Ticket Guide

  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY Ticket is only available for the following membership holders.
    • SEVENTEEN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB CARAT MEMBERSHIP Membership holders.
    • SEVENTEEN Japan official fanclub "CARAT" membership holders who have linked their account with Weverse at SEVENTEEN Japan official site.
  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY Ticket can be purchased only if your membership remains valid at the time of purchase and payment. Please check your membership period before making your purchase.
  • For customers who purchased their ticket at Weverse Shop JAPAN and chose convenience store payment, the payment deadline is 23:59 two days after the purchase day. If you do not confirm your payment by the due date, your purchase will be canceled automatically. Please also note that we cannot accept any cancellations or refunds after the payment is completed.
  • For customers who purchased their ticket at Weverse Shop GLOBAL, cancellation or refund of the ticket will be available until one hour before the start of the main event. After this deadline, a refund will not be possible even if you do not watch the event.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Ticket Verification

  • Step 2. Log into this page using “the Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket”

  • If you purchased a ticket after logging on to Weverse Shop via social media account you must use the same social media account to log in to the viewing page.
  • The organizers, the company and ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.

Viewing Guide

  • [HD Multi-View 4] Includes one main screen and 3 concept screens. (4 total screens)
  • [HD Single-View] Includes one main screen.
  • Video Quality: 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO
  • Up to one device can be logged on simultaneously for Single-View; up to two devices for Multi-View. When a second (for Single-View) or a third (for Multi-View) device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.
  • The “Enter” button for the live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the concert.
  • Subtitles will be available in three languages (English / Korean / Chinese) for the live streaming. In addition, machine translation will be provided for the following languages: 繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, and Wikang Tagalog.

  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • The video stream may not be stable on systems running lower than iOS 14.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 14.6 or higher.
  • Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
