  • Delayed Single-View Streaming is a replay event of the live-streamed concert and is available only in HD Single-View.
  • Eligibility: All customers who purchase a 2024 SVT 8TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND> online live-streaming ticket.
  • The dates and time above are the same time in different time zones. Delayed Single-View Streaming plays only once per concert.
  • Purchasing a 2 DAY PASS enables you to watch the delayed streaming for both concerts.

Ticket Guide

  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY product is only available for SEVENTEEN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB CARAT MEMBERSHIP holders (“Membership”).
  • Your membership benefit is only valid if you are holding your membership at the time of your ticket purchase. Please check your membership period to ensure that your experience is not negatively affected.
  • Only one type of pass is available for purchase per concert date - either a 1 DAY PASS or a 2 DAY PASS.
  • A 2 DAY PASS gives you access to both the July 23 and 24 concerts.
  • Please check the cancellation/refund information and deadlines carefully before making your purchase.
    • Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until one hour before the start of the concert. After this deadline, a refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.
    • Cancellation or refund for the 2 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the July 23 concert (5:30PM, July 23, 2024 (KST)); a partial refund for either day will not be available.
    • Cancellation or refund for the July 23 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the July 23 concert (5:30PM, July 23, 2024 (KST)).
    • Cancellation or refund for the July 24 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the July 24 concert (5:30PM, July 24, 2024 (KST)).

Ticket Verification

  • The concert can be viewed on an online live stream viewing page after purchasing the ticket on weverse shop, logging in to the viewing page with the weverse shop account you used to purchase the ticket, and verifying your ticket.

  • If you purchased a ticket after logging on to weverse shop via social media account, you must use the same social media account to log in to the viewing page.
  • The organizers, the company and ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your weverse shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • HD Multi-View 14
    • HD Multi-View 14 includes one main screen and 13 individual cam screens, one for each member (14 total screens).
    • Up to two devices can be logged on simultaneously for Multi-View.
  • HD Single-View
    • HD Single-View includes one main screen.
    • Only one device can be logged on at a time for Single-View.
  • Video Resolution: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
  • Subtitles in English, Japanese, and Chinese(Simplified) will be provided for the live streaming. Machine translations will also be available for 繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, and Wikang Tagalog.
  • Only one device can be logged on at a time for Single-View; up to two devices for Multi-View. When another device is logged on exceeding the limit, the first device will be logged out automatically.
  • The “Enter” button for the live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the concert.

Speed Internet connection with at least 20Mbps
  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • Depending on your device, you can use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. by clicking the Cast button (“Cast to TV” or “AirPlay to TV”) on the viewing screen. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
