  • Eligibility: Customers who purchase Delayed Streaming Ticket during the sales period.
  • Delayed Streaming is a replay of the live concert.
  • The above schedule reflects local time zones and is a one-time broadcast per session.

Ticket Guide

  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY product is available only to members who own at least one membership of an SM artist listed on Weverse Shop (GLOBAL).
  • Only one type of ticket can be purchased per account. Duplicate purchases of the same ticket are not allowed.
  • Membership benefits are valid only if the membership is active at the time of ticket purchase. Please check your membership validity to avoid any disadvantages.
  • Please check the cancellation/refund deadline and policy before purchasing.
    • Cancellation/refund is not available within 1 hour before the online live streaming starts, regardless of whether you view the content.

Ticket Verification

  • After purchasing the ticket via Weverse Shop, you can watch the stream by logging into the viewing page with the same Weverse Shop account and verifying the ticket.

  • If you used an SNS account to purchase your ticket, please use the same SNS login for the viewing page.
  • Please manage your account information carefully. The organizers and sellers are not responsible for any misuse or access by third parties.
  • If you delete your Weverse Shop account, you cannot verify or watch the performance, and purchase history cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • 'HD Single-view' is a product that consists of one main screen only.
  • Video Resolutions: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
  • The 'Enter Streaming' button will be activated 1 hour before the streaming starts.
  • The online live streaming will feature real-time subtitles in three languages: English, Japanese, and Chinese. Machine translation will also be available in eight additional languages: Traditional Chinese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Tagalog
  • All tickets allow up to two devices to be connected simultaneously. If the number of connected devices exceeds the limit, the first device will be automatically logged out.

Speed Internet connection with at least 20Mbps
  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • You can click the 'Cast to TV' or 'AirPlay to TV' button on your viewing screen, depending on your device, to use Chromecast or AirPlay. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience, as well as image and audio quality, may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
  • If you view on an unsupported environment, normal viewing may not be possible.
