Ticket Verification

  • To watch this concert, please purchase the ticket from Weverse Shop, log in to the Weverse Shop account you have purchased the ticket with on the live streaming viewing page, and authenticate your ticket. (https://concerts.weverse.io/events/smtown_live_2025)
  • If you have purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse Shop via a social media account, you must log in with the same social media account on the viewing page as well.
  • Please take caution in managing your account information, as the organizers and ticket vendors will not be held responsible for third parties accessing your information or authenticating tickets with the information revealed by fault of your own.
  • Please note that if you deactivate your Weverse Shop account, you won’t be able to authenticate the ticket or watch the concert, and your purchase history cannot be restored.

Viewing Guide

  • '4K Single-View' and 'HD Single-View' are products with only one main screen.
  • Video Resolution
    • 4K: 4K, 1080P
    • HD: 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO
  • Online live streaming enter button will be activated one hour before the start of streaming.
  • Online live streaming will provide real-time subtitles in 4 languages(Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese). Also, machine translation for 8 languages(繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, Wikang Tagalog) will be provided.
  • All products can accommodate up to 2 devices accessing simultaneously. If the number of devices accessing exceeds the maximum, whichever device connected first will be automatically logged out.

How to View in 4K

  • Those who purchased a 4K Single-View ticket can enjoy the concert Single-View in 4K resolution.
  • 4K resolution will be best experienced by watching on a larger screen by connecting your mobile device to a TV or monitor. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Please play the sample 4K video available in the link below and check if your device is capable of full 4K enjoyment.

  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher. For 4K tickets, at least 30Mbps is required.
  • Data usage may increase when using 3G, LTE, and 5G.
  • When watching on iOS, you cannot select the video quality separately; it will be set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
  • Depending on your device, you can use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. by clicking the Transfer button on the watching screen(Cast to TV or AirPlay to TV). Please check the usage guide for the device you have for detailed instructions.
  • Normal watching or video quality and sound quality may be disrupted by user’s communication, data conditions, and other external factors.

  • If any of the above illegal acts or unauthorized distribution/processing of the content is discovered, you will be banned from streaming all future events from the organizers(SM ENTERTAINMENT, DREAM MAKER ENTERTAINMENT LTD.) and may be subject to legal sanctions for copyright infringement.
