Eligibility: Customers who purchased 2024 JAEHYUN FAN-CON <Mute> online live streaming ticket which includes ‘Delayed Streaming’
Delayed Streaming is a replay event of the live streamed concert.
Delayed Streaming will be broadcast only in HD Single-View.
The above dates and times are listed according to each country’s standard time, and Delayed Streaming will be held only once.

Each account can purchase only 1 ticket, and duplicate purchases of the same ticket are not allowed.
MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are available for purchase only to members of the NCT 127 official Fanclub [NCTzen 127] GL membership. (hereinafter referred to as “membership”)
Membership benefits are valid only if you maintain your membership status at the time of purchasing this product. Please check the validity of your membership in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Please make sure to check the payment cancellation/refund deadlines and related policies before proceeding with your purchase.
- Payment cancellations/refunds will close 1 hour before the start of the online live streaming, and after the deadline, no refunds or partial refunds will be allowed, regardless of whether you watch the video or not.

You can watch the online concert by purchasing a ticket on Weverse Shop and then logging in to the live streaming page with the 'Weverse account used to purchase the ticket' to verify your ticket.

If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse via SNS account, you must use the same SNS account to log into the viewing page.
The presenter, organizer, and the ticketing platform bear no responsibility for any exposure of account information due to the user’s negligence or any actions where a third party gains access to the viewing pass using exposed information. Please take care in managing your account information.
Please note that if you cancel your Weverse membership, you will not be able to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchase history will not be restored.

‘HD Single-View’ includes only one main screen, and the highest resolution is 1080p.

The button for entering the online live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1 hour before the streaming starts.
A real-time subtitles service in 3 languages (English/Japanese/Chinese) will be provided for the online live streaming. Machine translations will also be available for a total of 8 languages. (繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, Wikang Tagalog).
Up to 2 devices can be logged on simultaneously for all type of tickets. When a third device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.

Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G. Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability. You can click the ‘Cast to TV’ or ‘AirPlay to TV’ button on your viewing screen, depending on your device, to use Chromecast or Airplay. Please refer to your device manual for more information. Your viewing experience, as well as image and audio quality, may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.

- After the live streaming has ended, please click on the question mark icon in the lower right corner on https://concert-support.weverse.io, and submit your inquiry after filling out the “product name”.

Any actions that infringe on the copyright of the content, such as unauthorized recording or extraction from the official viewing page or broadcasting it in locations where multiple viewers can watch, are strictly prohibited.
If any illegal activities listed above, including unauthorized distribution or modification of the content, are detected, you will be banned from viewing the streaming of all future concerts organized by the presenter and organizer (SM ENTERTAINMENT, CJ ENM), and you may face legal penalties for copyright infringement.
