Eligibility : Customers who have purchased a 2025 PLAVE Asia Tour [DASH: Quantum Leap] Encore Online Live Streaming ticket.
Delayed Streaming will be provided in HD Single View only.
For customers who purchased the 4K Single View + HD Multi View 6 product, Delayed Streaming will be provided in HD Single View only, while the purchased option, 4K Single View and HD Multi View, is available for the live stream.
The dates and times above are indicated based on the same times according to each country’s standard time, and Delayed Single View Streaming will be played only once.

MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are available for purchase only to members of the PLAVE Official Fanclub “PLLI” (GL/JP) membership (hereinafter referred to as “membership”).
Only 1 ticket product can be purchased per account, and duplicate purchases of the same ticket are not allowed.
Membership benefits are valid only if the membership is eligible at the time of purchasing tickets. Please make sure to check your membership validity in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Online Live Streaming will begin at the scheduled start time of the show, and replay will not be available even if you purchase after the show has started.
Please make sure to check the cancellation/refund deadline and related regulations carefully before making your purchase.
- Ticket cancellation or refund is available until 1 hour before the start of the Online Live Streaming. After this deadline, neither a refund nor a partial refund will be available regardless of whether you watch the show.

After purchasing the ticket from the Weverse shop, you can watch the Online Live Streaming by logging in and authenticating with “the Weverse account used for ticket purchase” on the Online Live Streaming viewing page.

If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse/Weverse Shop via a social media account, you must use the same social media account to log into the viewing page.
The organizer, host, and ticketing agency bear no responsibility for any exposure of account information due to your own negligence or if someone else verifies your ticket using your exposed information. Please take caution when managing your account credentials.
If you delete the Weverse account, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the show, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

4K Single View + HD Multi View 6
- 4K Single View + HD Multi View 6 is a product consisting of a 4K-quality single view and an HD-quality multi view, where you can switch between the 4K main cam or the HD Multi View 6 mode.
- HD Multi View 6 mode consists of 1 main screen and 5 individual member cams (a total of 6 screens).
- HD Multi View 6 + 4K Single View can be accessed on up to 2 devices simultaneously.
HD Single View
- HD Single View is a product that consists of only one main screen.
- HD Single View can be accessed on only 1 device at a time.
Video Quality

- HD: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
Real-time subtitle service will be provided in English/Japanese/Simplified Chinese. In addition, machine translations will be provided in Traditional Chinese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Filipino.
Single View can be accessed on up to 1 device, while Multi View (including 4K Single View + HD Multi View 6) can be accessed on up to 2 devices simultaneously. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of devices, the first connected device will be automatically logged out.
The button for entering the Online Live Streaming and Delayed Streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the stream.

Customers who purchased the 4K Single View + HD Multi View 6 ticket can enjoy the performance in 4K Single View by clicking the “4K VIEW” button at the top of the viewing player.
- By clicking the “MULTIVIEW” button next to the “4K VIEW” button, you can switch to the HD-quality Multi View.
Customers who purchased the 4K Single View ticket can enjoy the performance in 4K Single View.
For the best experience, we recommend connecting your PC/mobile device to a TV or monitor to enjoy the 4K quality on a larger screen. For detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual of your device.

For a smooth viewing experience, please ensure an internet speed of at least 20Mbps. When using a public network, the connection may not be stable even if the speed exceeds 20Mbps. For 4K quality, a minimum of 30Mbps is required. Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G. When viewing on iOS, video resolution cannot be manually selected and will be automatically adjusted (AUTO) depending on the network environment. Depending on your device, you can click the “Cast to TV” or “AirPlay to TV” button on the viewing screen to use Chromecast or AirPlay. For detailed instructions, please refer to your device’s user manual. Your viewing experience, including video and audio quality, may be affected by your network/data conditions and other external factors. If you watch in an environment that does not meet the system requirements, playback may not function properly.

- After the Online Live Streaming has ended, click the question mark icon in the lower right corner of (https://concert-support.weverse.io), fill in the ‘product name,’ and submit your inquiry.
