  • Eligibility: Customers who have purchased a 2025 PLAVE Asia Tour [DASH: Quantum Leap] in Seoul Online Live Streaming ticket that includes “Delayed Streaming” during the sales period.
  • The dates and times above are indicated based on the same times according to the standard time of each country, and Delayed Streaming will be conducted only once for each show.
  • ‘Delayed Streaming’ is an event where the Online Live Streaming show is replayed.
  • ‘Delayed Streaming’ will be broadcasted in HD Single-view only.

Ticket Guide

  • The purchase limit is 1 ticket product per account.
  • MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are available for purchase only to members of the PLAVE Official Fanclub “PLLI” (GL/JP) membership (hereinafter referred to as "membership").
  • Membership benefits are valid at the time of purchasing tickets for this performance. Please make sure to maintain your membership eligibility in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Please check the cancellation/refund policy and deadlines carefully before making your purchase.
    • Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until 1 hour before the start of the Online Live Streaming. After this deadline, a refund or a partial refund will not be available regardless of whether viewed or not.

Ticket Verification

  • After purchasing the ticket from the Weverse shop, you can watch the Online Live Streaming by logging in and authenticating with “the Weverse account used for ticket purchase” on the Online Live Streaming viewing page.

  • If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse/Weverse Shop via a social media account, you must use the same social media account to log into the viewing page.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the show, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • The organizer/host and ticketing agency bear no responsibility for any exposure of membership information caused by your own negligence or if someone else completes the ticket verification using your exposed information. Please take caution when managing your personal membership information

Viewing Guide

  • ‘4K Single-view’ and ‘HD Single-view’ includes only one main screen.
  • Video Resolution
    • 4K: 4K, 1080p
    • HD: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
  • The button for entering the Online Live Streaming and Delayed Streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the stream.
  • A real-time subtitle service in 3 languages (English/Japanese/Chinese) will be provided for the Online Live Streaming. Machine translations will also be provided for a total of 8 languages. (繁體中文, ไทย, Bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, Español, Français, Português, Wikang Tagalog)
  • Up to 1 device can be logged on simultaneously for all types of tickets. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of devices, the first connected device will be automatically logged out.

How to View in 4K

  • Those who purchased a 4K Single-view ticket can enjoy the concert Single-view in 4K resolution.
  • 4K resolution will be best experienced by watching on a larger screen by connecting your mobile device to a TV or monitor. Please refer to your device manual for more information.

  • When watching on iOS, you cannot select the video quality separately; it will be set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
  • Depending on your device, you can use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. by clicking the Transfer button on the watching screen(Cast to TV or AirPlay to TV). Please check the usage guide for the device you have for detailed instructions.
  • Normal watching or video quality and sound quality may be disrupted by user’s communication, data conditions, and other external factors.
  • For a smooth live stream experience, ensure your system meets the requirements.
