  • Delayed streaming is an event that the live streaming show is replayed.
  • The dates and time above are indicating the same time according to the standard time of each country, and delayed streaming will be played only once.
  • Separate product sales for delayed streaming will not be available.

Ticket Guide

  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY product is exclusively available to members of aespa's official fanclub, "MY" membership(GL).
  • Membership benefits are only valid if the membership status is active at the time of ticket purchase. Please check your membership validity in advance to avoid any disadvantages.
  • Each account can purchase one type of product. Duplicate purchases of the same product are not allowed.
  • Please make sure to check the above cancellation/refund deadlines and related policies before making a purchase.
    • Cancellation/refund requests will close 1 hour before the start of the online live streaming. After the deadline, refunds or partial refunds will not be available, regardless of whether you watch the stream or not.
    • Payment canceled/refund closed on March 16, 2025 (SUN) 4PM (KST).

Ticket Verification

  • After purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, you can log in with the Weverse account that purchased the ticket and authenticate the ticket on the "Online Live Streaming Viewing Page" to watch the stream.

  • If you purchase the ticket after logging in to Weverse via an SNS account, you must log in with the same SNS account on the viewing page.
  • The organizer, sponsor, and vendor are not responsible for any incidents such as account information exposure or the use of such exposed information to obtain ticket recognition due to user negligence. Please be careful with your account information management.
  • Please note that if you withdraw from Weverse membership, ticket authentication and concert viewing will not be possible, and your purchase history will not be restored.

Viewing Guide

  • ‘4K Single-view’ and ‘HD Single-view’ are products with only one main screen.
  • Video Resolution
    • 4K: 4K, 1080P
    • HD: 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO
  • Online live streaming and delayed streaming enter button will be activated one hour before the start of streaming.
  • The online live streaming will offer real-time subtitles in 3 languages (English, Chinese, Japanese). Additionally, machine translations will be available in 8 languages (Traditional Chinese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Tagalog).
  • All products allow simultaneous access on up to 2 devices. If you exceed the maximum allowed devices, the first device will automatically log out.

How to View in 4K

  • Those who purchased a 4K Single-View ticket can enjoy the concert Single-View in 4K resolution.
  • 4K resolution will be best experienced by watching on a larger screen by connecting your mobile device to a TV or monitor. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Please play the sample 4K video available in the link below and check if your device is capable of full 4K enjoyment.

  • For smooth viewing, please access the service in an environment with an internet speed of 20Mbps or higher. Even with a speed above 20Mbps, connection may not be stable on public networks. (For 4K quality, only at least 30Mbps is available.)
  • Using 3G, LTE, or 5G may increase data usage.
  • On iOS devices, the video quality cannot be manually selected, and the quality will be set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
  • Depending on the user's device, you can click the Cast to TV or AirPlay to TV button in the viewing screen to use Chromecast, AirPlay, or other similar services. Please refer to the user guide of your device for detailed instructions.
  • Due to the user's internet and data situation, and other external factors, viewing, video quality, or sound quality may be affected.
  • For a smooth live stream experience, ensure your system meets the requirements.

  • Any acts of recording or extracting the content, or broadcasting it in locations where multiple viewers can access it, other than through the official viewing page, are strictly prohibited as they violate the content's copyright.
  • If illegal acts such as unauthorized distribution or alteration of the content are detected, access to all future streaming of concerts hosted by the host and organizer (SM ENTERTAINMENT) will be prohibited and legal penalties for copyright infringement may apply.
