Ticket Guide

  • Each account can purchase either a 2 DAY PASS or one type of pass per concert date. Duplicate purchases of the same pass are not allowed.
  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY product is exclusively available to members of WayV's official fan club, "WayZenNi" Membership (GL).
  • Membership benefits are only valid if the membership status is active at the time of ticket purchase. Please check your membership validity in advance to avoid any disadvantages.
  • Please make sure to check the above cancellation/refund deadlines and related policies before making a purchase.
    • Cancellation/refund requests will close 1 hour before the start of the online live streaming. After the deadline, refunds or partial refunds will not be available, regardless of whether you watch the stream or not.

Ticket Verification

  • After purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, you can log in with the Weverse Shop account that purchased the ticket and authenticate the ticket on the "Online Live Streaming Viewing Page" to watch the stream.

  • The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user's negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please take a special care in managing your information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the show, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • All passes are HD Single-view products with a single main screen and support up to 1080p resolution.
  • Video Resolution: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
  • The button for entering the online live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1hour before the start of streaming.
  • The online live streaming will offer real-time subtitles in 3 languages (English, Chinese, Japanese). Additionally, machine translations will be available in 8 languages (Traditional Chinese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Tagalog).
  • All products allow simultaneous access on up to 2 devices. If you exceed the maximum allowed devices, the first device will automatically log out.

Speed Internet connection with at least 20Mbps
  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • You can click the 'Cast to TV' or 'AirPlay to TV' button on your viewing screen, depending on your device, to use Chromecast or AirPlay. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience, as well as image and audio quality, may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.

  • Any acts of recording or extracting the content, or broadcasting it in locations where multiple viewers can access it, other than through the official viewing page, are strictly prohibited as they violate the content's copyright.
  • If illegal acts such as unauthorized distribution or alteration of the content are detected, access to all future streaming of concerts hosted by the host and organizer(SM ENTERTAINMENT, DREAM MAKER ENTERTAINMENT LTD.) will be prohibited and legal penalties for copyright infringement may apply.
