Ticket Guide

  • You can purchase only one ticket per account, and duplicate purchases of the same ticket are not possible. (only 1 ticket per 1 account available)
  • MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are available only to members of the Weverse's official fanclub [PLLI] membership (GL).
  • Membership benefits are valid only when membership qualifications are maintained at the time of payment of this product. Please check the expiration date of your membership in advance so that you are not disadvantaged.
  • Please make sure to check the payment cancellation/refund closing time and related regulations below before proceeding with the purchase.
    • Payment cancellation/refund will be closed one hour before the start of the concert, and refunds will not be available after the closing, regardless of whether you watch the video or not.

Ticket Verification

  • After purchasing a ticket from Weverse Shop, you can watch this concert through login and ticket verification with ‘the Weverse Shop account that purchased the ticket’ on the live streaming watching page.

  • If you purchase a ticket after logging in to Weverse Shop through your SNS account, you must log in with the same SNS account on the watching page.
  • Please pay attention to the management of account information as the host, organizer, and reservation office are not responsible for activities such as exposing account information due to their carelessness and recognizing the right to use it.
  • Please note that if you withdraw from Weverse Shop membership, you will not be able to verify your ticket and watch the concert, and your purchase details will not be restored.

Viewing Guide

  • '4K Single View' and 'HD Single View' are products with only one main screen.
  • Video Resolution
    • 4K: 4K, 1080P
    • HD: 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO
  • Online Live Streaming enter button will be activated one hour before the start of streaming.
  • Online Live Streaming will be accompanied by real-time subtitle services in three languages (English, Japanese, and Chinese). In addition, machine translations will be provided for a total of eight languages (繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, Wikang Tagalog).
  • All products can be connected to up to one device at the same time. When the maximum number of allowed devices is exceeded, the first connected device is automatically logged out.

  • Data usage may increase when using 3G, LTE, and 5G.
  • Separate image quality selection is not possible when watching on iOS, and the image quality is set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
  • Depending on your device, you can use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. by clicking the Transfer button on the watching screen(Cast to TV or AirPlay to TV). Please check the usage guide for the device you have for detailed instructions.
  • Normal watching or video quality and sound quality may be disrupted by user’s communication, data conditions, and other external factors.

  • If the above illegal activities or the act of distributing and processing the contents are caught, we inform you that streaming of all future concerts by the host/organizer of the concert (VLAST) will not be possible to watch and may be subject to legal sanctions due to copyright infringement.
