The MEMBERSHIP ONLY tickets are available for purchase to anyone holding a paid membership to any artist available on Weverse Shop, regardless of whether the artist appears in the 2026 Weverse Con Festival.
Your membership benefit is only valid if you have your membership at the time of your ticket purchase. Please check your membership period to ensure that your experience is not negatively affected.
You can purchase both the GREEN ONLINE PASS and the CON ONLINE TICKET for the same concert date. Since the performance times of the two stages partially overlap, please be sure to check the timetable before purchasing and viewing.
The online live streaming starts when the concert begins. Even if you purchase the ticket after the concert begins, you cannot rewind.
Please check the cancellation/refund information and deadlines below carefully before making your purchase.
- Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until one hour before the start of the concert. After this deadline, a full or partial refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.

The concert can be viewed on the online stream viewing page after purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, logging into the viewing page with “the Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket” and verifying your ticket.

If you purchased a ticket after logging on to Weverse Shop via social media account you must use the same social media account to log in to the viewing page.
The organizers, the company and ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
Please note that if you delete your Weverse account, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

HD Single-View includes only one main screen, and only one device can be logged on at a time. When another device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.

Subtitles in English, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified) will be provided for the live streaming. Machine-translated subtitles will be provided in Chinese (Traditional), Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Tagalog.
The button for entering the online live streaming will be activated 1hour before the start of streaming.

Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G. The video resolution option is not available on iOS and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability. Depending on your device, you can click the “Cast to TV” or “AirPlay to TV” buttons to use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. Please refer to your device manual for more information. Your viewing experience, as well as image and audio quality, may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors. For a smooth live streaming experience, ensure your system meets the requirements.
