Ticket Guide

  • Only one type of ticket can be purchased per account.
  • MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are available for purchase only to members of the EXO official fanclub “EXO-L” membership(GL) (hereinafter referred to as “membership”).
  • Membership benefits are valid at the time of purchasing tickets for this performance. Please make sure to maintain your membership eligibility in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Please check the cancellation/refund information and deadlines below carefully before making your purchase.
    • Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until 1 hour before the start of the online live streaming. After this deadline, a refund or a partial refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.
    • Cancellation/Refund Deadlines: January 26, 2025 (Sun) 3:00PM (KST)

Ticket Verification

  • After purchasing the ticket from Weverse Shop, you can watch the online live streaming by logging in and authenticating with “the Weverse Shop account used for ticket purchase” on the online live streaming viewing page.

  • If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse Shop via social media account, you must use the same social media account to log into the viewing page.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the show, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.

Viewing Guide

  • All Streaming Ticket is HD Single-View and includes only one main screen, with the highest resolution being 1080p.
  • Video Resolution: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
  • The button for entering the online live streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the streaming.
  • A real-time subtitle service in 3 languages (English/Japanese/Chinese) will be provided for the online live streaming. Machine translations will also be provided for a total of 8 languages. (繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, Wikang Tagalog)
  • Up to 2 devices can be logged on simultaneously for all types of tickets. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of devices, the first connected device will be automatically logged out.

Network Speed Internet connection with at least 20Mbps
  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • You can click the 'Cast to TV' or 'AirPlay to TV' button on your viewing screen, depending on your device, to use Chromecast or AirPlay. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience, as well as image and audio quality, may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
