Ticket Guide

  • MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are available only to members of the Weverse's official fanclub [MY] membership (GL).
  • Membership benefits are valid only when membership qualifications are maintained at the time of payment of this product. Please check the expiration date of your membership in advance so that you are not disadvantaged.
  • You can purchase only one ticket per account, and duplicate purchases of the same ticket are not possible. (only 2 tickets per 1 account available)
  • Please check the cancellation/refund information and deadlines below carefully before making your purchase.

Ticket Verification

  • After purchasing a ticket from Weverse Shop, you can watch this concert through login and ticket verification with ‘the Weverse Shop account that purchased the ticket’ on the live streaming watching page.

  • If you purchase a ticket after logging in to Weverse Shop through your SNS account, you must log in with the same SNS account on the watching page.
  • The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • '4K Single-View' and 'HD Single-View' are products with only one main screen.
  • Video Resolution
    • 4K: 4K, 1080P
    • HD: 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO
  • Online Live Streaming enter button will be activated one hour before the start of streaming.
  • Online Live Streaming will be accompanied by real-time subtitle services in three languages (English, Japanese, and Chinese). In addition, machine translations will be provided for a total of eight languages (繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, Wikang Tagalog).
  • All products can be connected to up to two devices at the same time. When the maximum number of allowed devices is exceeded, the first connected device is automatically logged out.

How to View in 4K

  • Those who purchased a 4K Single-View ticket can enjoy the concert Single-View in 4K resolution.
  • 4K resolution will be best experienced by watching on a larger screen by connecting your mobile device to a TV or monitor. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Please play the sample 4K video available in the link below and check if your device is capable of full 4K enjoyment.

  • Please connect in an environment with an Internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher for smooth watching. In public networks, connectivity may not be smooth even if it is 20 Mbps or higher. For 4K quality, only at least 30Mbps is available.
  • Data usage may increase when using 3G, LTE, and 5G.
  • Separate image quality selection is not possible when watching on iOS, and the image quality is set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
  • Depending on your device, you can use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. by clicking the Transfer button on the watching screen(Cast to TV or AirPlay to TV). Please check the usage guide for the device you have for detailed instructions.
  • Normal watching or video quality and sound quality may be disrupted by user’s communication, data conditions, and other external factors.

  • In addition to how you watch it on the official watching page, it is strictly prohibited to violate the copyright of the content, such as arbitrarily recording or extracting the content, or broadcasting it where multiple watching is possible.
  • If the above illegal activities or the act of distributing and processing the contents are caught, we inform you that streaming of all future concerts by the host/organizer of the concert (SM ENTERTAINMENT) will not be possible to watch and may be subject to legal sanctions due to copyright infringement.
