  • Eligibility: Customers who purchased a 2023 Weverse Con Festival online live streaming ticket with the "Delayed Single-View Streaming" included.
  • "Delayed Single-View Streaming" is a replay event of the main performance's online live stream.
  • Delayed Single-View streaming will be broadcast in HD Single-View only.
  • The dates and time above are the same time in different time zones. Delayed Single-View Streaming will be played only once per concert.
  • Purchasing 2 DAY PASS HD Multi-View 4 + Delayed Single-View Streaming Ticket or 2 DAY PASS HD Single-View + Delayed-Single View Streaming Ticket enables you to watch the Delayed Streaming for both concerts.

Ticket Guide

  • "HD Multi-View 4" includes one main screen and three screens of different views (four total screens).
  • "HD Single-View" includes only one main screen.
  • To provide more choice for customers, we have diversified the available product details. The "Delayed Single-View Streaming" event will be provided only to customers who purchased a ticket with the "Delayed Single-View Streaming" included.
  • The MEMBERSHIP ONLY tickets are available for purchase to anyone holding a paid MEMBERSHIP to any artist available on Weverse Shop, regardless of whether the artist appears in the 2023 Weverse Con Festival.
  • Your membership benefit is only valid if you are holding your membership at the time of your ticket purchase. Please check your membership period to ensure that your experience is not negatively affected.
  • Only one type of pass is available for purchase per concert - either a 1 DAY PASS or a 2 DAY PASS.
  • A 2 DAY PASS gives you access to both June 10 and 11 concerts.
  • Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until one hour before the start of the concert. After this deadline, a refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.
    • Cancellation or refund for the 2 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the June 10 concert [5 PM, June 10, 2023 (KST)]; a partial refund for either day will not be available.
    • Cancellation or refund for the June 10 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the June 10 concert [5 PM, June 10, 2023 (KST)].
    • Cancellation or refund for the June 11 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the June 11 concert [5 PM, June 11, 2023 (KST)].

Ticket Verification

  • This concert can be viewed on a separate live streaming viewing page(https://concerts.weverse.io/events/2023-weverse-con-festival), after purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, logging into the viewing page with the "Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket" and verifying your ticket.
  • If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse Shop via social media account, you must use the same social media account to log into the viewing page.
  • The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • Video Quality: 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO
  • Subtitles in three languages (English/Japanese/Chinese) will be provided for the live streaming.
  • Up to one device can be logged on simultaneously for Single-View; up to two devices for Multi-Views. When another device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.
  • The "Enter" button for the live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the concert.

Speed Internet connection with at least 20Mbps
  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
